Getting Physical

– And liking it! –

balanced

From top to bottom you want to have a balanced life. — Physical health, mental health, and wealth health. —

However, physical balance enables us to sit, stand, walk, and get around on our own. Not to mention the ability to play sports.
You even need balance to get up out of a chair.

What do we do as we age?

We immerse ourselves in physical activity then say “Screw It”, more potato chips please.
AND,
on our way to retirement, we run out of money and credit.

Now we’re fat, out of shape, out of money, so now what do we do?
we simply go nuts, bonkers, off our rocker, and/or lose our marbles.

Even if you’re young you can be out of shape, broke, and out of touch – with yourself.

Never mind that guy on your right. He’s actually only 23. He just looks bad because he’s broke, out of shape, and has no balance in his life (yes, he falls a lot too).

(Pregnant Pause)

BUT WAIT!

As a former gymnast I still can stand (and balance) on one leg.  Either one – you choose.

I can show you in a few simple steps, no matter how old or young you are, exactly how to better your balance for sport, or have the ability to just get out of that damn chair a bit easier.

#1. You might be older => and have forgotten everything that you knew (or thought you knew).

#2. Possibly it’s middle-age time => where you can’t decide what you know and what you don’t know.

#3. Maybe you are challenged by your young age => and you already know everything that there is to know.

Rocky Marbles has 3 solutions to your balance issues
